Q: Where do I pick up my purchased tickets? 
A: If you’ve purchased tickets in Music Choice, you will have a number of options for you to pick it up. Upon purchasing your ticket here at Music Choice, you will see pick up options bar on the upper right side of the screen, there’s a delivery option where we can send it right to your doorstep, or you can download the ticket on your personal computer through PDF, and the last one is by allowing your name to be put on the call list. Every event is open 60 minutes prior to door times. The purchaser must be present at the location whenever they call their name and carry valid IDs in order to receive the tickets. 
 
Q: Someone purchased tickets for me as a gift with their credit card and accidentally chose the call list option but will not be able to pick them up. How do I get my tickets? 
A: The purchaser must contact Music Choice’s customer service prior to the day of the show, and they can easily change the name for you. However, you have to bring a copy of the purchaser’s valid I.D, and a letter saying that you are authorized to pick up the tickets. 
 
Q: How do I know if there are any upcoming events so that I can buy tickets? 
A: There is only one and best way to stay in the loop on the upcoming shows of your favorite artists and available merchandise. That is to sign up for our newsletter on www.killcrocodiles.com! You can also follow us on our social media accounts and check out our calendar for the most up-to-date show listings and available merchandise.
